Damages Occurred in Shipping:
We make every effort to ensure that your order is packaged correctly and safely. If your broom is damaged in shipping, please call us immediately. The shipper requires a damage claim to be filled out within days from shipping. In order to ship you a new broom we must file a claim with the shipper. The shipper will come to inspect the package and pick it up to return it to us. We’ll get a replacement broom shipped out as soon as the shipper picks up the damaged merchandise (usually within a few days).
